Ok so after a 6 day workout I ended up with a horrible stomach bug for 2+ days. So I have lost 6 lbs and I am not sure how much is from the bug or from working out. We will see in a couple of days. Finally back to starting on solid foods today.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nothing like a good virus to knock off a few pounds! Drink tons of water so you don't dehydrate when you get back to your work out!!
