VERY excited about the scale today, but trying to be realistic in that I know it can fluctuate. Still, I am that much more motivated to doing well!! I haven't seen that number in a LONG while!
156.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
