Have not really stuck to a regular routine these last few weeks, but New Year, new start. My goal is set. Entering a 5k obstacle challenge in May and I have done these before but I am no where near ready for this....I am setting a routine and meal plans for my goal.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
