Yesterday I followed the diet faily well. I went to the gym and stayed out late. I got back about 10:30PM and I was STARVING! I ate a shake and went right to bed... Probably not the way this program was intended, but it was delicious anyway!
Today I ate my normal shake for breakfast, but was hungry by around 10AM. I ate a couple of eggs to get me through the morning.
At 2PM I ate a BBQ sandwich... :-) Not sure that's on the diet plan, but dang it was good! I'm going to eat a shake at 6PM and that will be all for today.
Tomorrow morning I get to see how detrimental a BBQ sandwich can be... :-)
