Ok.. I have no clue.. I am still the same weight for 3 weeks or so.. I have been biking eating well.. I even feel better from the biking and look better.. I am not sure why I way the same. Anyhow, I will try even harder this week.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's great that you feel better... so keep up the great work! Are you doing core or flex? If flex, just wondered if perhaps you're eating the same amount of points a day. I know that I was back along and my losses stalled to virtually nothing... but I overcame by changing the number of points that I ate each day. If you're doing a lot of biking and burning calories, it could be you need more food. I know I had to increase my points when I was doing a lot of exercise and still eat above my recommended points target. So maybe experiment a little, it takes time but I'm sure you'll be able to work out what will work for you. Good luck!! ;o)
