It's great that you feel better... so keep up the great work! Are you doing core or flex? If flex, just wondered if perhaps you're eating the same amount of points a day. I know that I was back along and my losses stalled to virtually nothing... but I overcame by changing the number of points that I ate each day. If you're doing a lot of biking and burning calories, it could be you need more food. I know I had to increase my points when I was doing a lot of exercise and still eat above my recommended points target. So maybe experiment a little, it takes time but I'm sure you'll be able to work out what will work for you. Good luck!! ;o)
