Haven't been able to get in and work out much this week. Been working long shifts... Guess I paid for it. Next week is the final weigh-in for my gym, the "holiday survival challenge" I'm overall 5lbs down from before Thanksgiving, unless I majorly screw up, I should get the free 1 month gym membership.
