I began this journey October 15, 2010 at weight 365 lbs. I hit a plateau but am definitely ready to recommit myself to my quest to get healthy. I work out approximately 3-4 days a week but would welcome any suggestions about what to do to maximize my weight loss and toning. I generally do 1 day of cardio (treadmill) and 3 days of total body exercises with small weights and a 10 minute cardio warmup.
