I feel like I'm getting there - slow but still moving in the right direction. This happened last month around my time - I sort of just slow down a lot and almost plateau for a week or two. But the rest of the month I lose like I want to. I'm really proud of myself! I am starting to notice that I am more confident when I am interacting with new people; not as self conscious as I have previously been. And when I look in the mirror, I actually smile a little bit. Even had a few "YES!" moments. I'm just so glad I've found this place and made this decision for myself; I can already start to see the positive effects that my weight loss is going to have on the rest of my life. :)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
