Day 2 complete and another pound down, I followed the diet perfectly again yesterday. There were small challenges though. My job ordered pizza, wings and salads yesterday for lunch. I was good though and only had a bowl of the salad, the pizza and wings did smell and look amazing but i resisted. Then last night my bf and some friends went the great adventure and after about 3 hours of walking around everyone was hungry but at 9:30 at night there, there arent a lot of food choices so they stopped at a cheese steak stand, eveything smelt and looked soooo good. I didt order something, a chicken cheesesteak but i was good and just pulled all the meat and cheese of the sandwhich and ate that, i didnt even nibble on the bread one bit, had that a bottle of water while everyone else chugged soda. I was kinda upset i didnt get to work out yesterday but I am going to do my j/m dvd before i head over to the library to work on some of my paper for school. Its nice to see the scale go down again. 129.7 yesterday morning, down to 128.0 today... Exactly 10 more pounds to go till I am at my dream weight! If I can make it through the weekend without cheating or skipping a workout I will be very proud of myself. I plan on doing school work all day and the beach all day tomorrow, keeping myself away from the "evil food" places like BBQ's and bars. I have to say not drinking is proving to be a little harder then i thought, I am craving a nice big margarita more then any type of bread!!!!!!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
