I have been MIA from WW for about two weeks now. Considering I have been eating absolutely EVERYTHING that sounds good, I guess four pounds in two weeks isn't too bad. My goals for this week are to stay withing my points and to do my five mile walk twice this week. I have a lot going on so we will see how things turn out. I am moving horses today and then going to see a show at the Sports Arena tonight. those are especially challenging because I will be out of the house for most of the day so my options are fast food and more fast food. The Sports Arena will have the good ol' concession stand food as always which usually calls...no screams my name until I can't resist. I have decided not to care about the weight that I lose week by week and will just see the weigh ins as a weekly inconvenience for the time being. I am going to try to strictly focus on getting all of my good health guidelines in and getting the most out of my points. Hopefully everyone has had a good couple of weeks since I took my long break from the plan. I have my engine running and I am slowly getting back on track with this thing! Have a good week everyone!

Here is what I would do if I were in your shoes. I would take a few fiber one bars and put them in my purse..or whatever snacks you like. Eat as much good food before you go to the show, so you aren't near as tempted to buy the bad stuff...also....bring sugar free gum...and chew away. Sometimes I find that chewing is all my mouth really needs...and it tricks it because its doing something. Just some thoughts :) hang in there girl...we are in this together..and can do this! Your hubby comes home in November, right? thats 4 months! lets aim for 10 pounds a month....you are going to be more smokin' than you already are! =)
