FM!

First thought... 'I need a cheese burger' - I don't even like cheese burgers...That much!?!

In my moment of anger and despair a song came to mind 'level up'! - Mother#$%&*#!

Whilst feeling 'heavy' this morning I realised that this double chunky chick still needed to get ready for work by layering up clothing to keep warm whilst trying to not look any chunkier?!? WTAF!

On the bright side, I made the best possible choice with the outfit and managed to get done in record speed thanks to the tempo of that damn 'Level up' song that can't escape my mind. I managed to avoid McD's and a potential binge eat and it's only 9am...

It's going to be a loooong day!:)

I am sure you look just great - and your comment made me laugh about feeling chunky and having to get dressed. I remember getting dressed on a cold morning during load shedding and at work I noticed I had on a black shoe and a navy blue shoe.... (Same style though.) So what I wanted to say is that crazy cravings are normal. I sometimes crave cheese burgers too: and don't even EAT meat. So it is always what the he!! for me. (I know then I need extra protein and probably iron too. I cure that with a Spanish omelette with lots of green veggies like spinach, broccolli, spring onion- and a green chilli for the feel good factor. Your body is trying to tell you it needs something IN that cheese burger.)
