weigh the same I did a week ago. Can't complain though considering I ate.....and ate...and ate some more. Popcorn and ice cream in the same night. I'm just glad I didn't gain! I really need to start doing intense exercising again as that really seems to drop the lbs pretty quickly. Hope ya'll have a good weekend!!
