160.6 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1627 kcal Fat: 66.53g | Prot: 102.44g | Carb: 158.67g.   Breakfast: simple truth organic vanilla soymilk, Strawberries, Nutriflakes Cereal with 40% Bran Flakes. Lunch: French Vanilla Protein Powder, Blueberries, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Beef Franks, Original Baked Beans. Dinner: Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Spinach Salad. Snacks/Other: Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bars. more...
