-2 cm am Bauch 😍😍läuft... endlich! Habe mit YogaBurn angefangen vor 1,5 Woche und LowCarb, less Alk, no Weizen/Reis etc - und es scheint endlich sich was zu tun 😅 Urlaub in 3,5 Wochen - da geht noch was 😍😍
154.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
