I'm doing fine with the no sugar challenge -- in my case I'm not eating a bag of peanut M&Ms on the way home from the grocery. I really don't eat sweets except for desserts other than the M&Ms.

Now that doesn't explain why I'm gaining weight. I haven't been keeping track -- out for the past couple of days and heading out again, so the computer doesn't come with me. I've got to really stop and think about what I'm eating!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
