I exercised today. It felt so refreshing. Counting calories is hard, but it is a necessary evil. I notice I don't have much of an appetite, so I have to force myself to eat a meal, much less 5 small meals. This is really going to be a challenge, but it's necessary. I was pleasantly surprised to see that despite me eating extremely poorly and barely exercising over the holidays, I managed not to gain weight. Yay!! I'm happy for the small victories. Let's continue to move forward in the coming year.
