My progress is going in the right direction. I'm learning to enjoy my journey and to embrace my healthy lifestyle change. My pace may not be as fast as others but as long as I keep ii moving I'm happy. I don't have that go to when I'm down relationship with food. Now I eat to live! And I will reach my goal weight in time. Thanks everyone for your support and hope everyone has a blessed week!
