sigh. strength training is hard. seems everything is hard now for my weight and my shape.im tired as you know whar...but ive lost 3 pounds!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I hear ya girl, it IS hard. If I can haul my 300 lb arse outta bed each morning to do it, you sure can too! I guarantee you, it WILL get easier, & it won't even take a long time to GET easier. Hang in there...Congrats on the 3 lbs, your efforts are paying off!!!
