Have not been able to ride bike like I use to. I eat too much too late. Plan to change this week. Cut back on sugar intake, eating late and more cardio. Plan to be down by birthtday.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
