Was pretty regimented throughout the week, with a bit of a pigout on Sunday evening (2 smokies, 2 doughnuts, Timmy's tea). Jay beat me by one pound - won't let him get away with it next week!
258.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
