I've been trying to follow my diet by eating fish and salad in the past week and I'm doing better at that. At least I'm not as fat as last month. I really need to hit the gym hard again and that is difficult. I am also eating boiled eggs for protein. That helps some. I don't crave sweets now which feels great. I just crave salty stuff. I binged on hot cheetos twice in the past week.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
