I'm down 6.6 since my challenge started a week ago!! My goal was 7 and I got pretty close! I'll take it and I'm gonna keep it rolling!! Happy Wednesday everyone!
218.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
