Well my new favorite weight seems to be 208.1. I go down and hit that again time after time.. Well it was 211 and 214.. glad its not 216. Once I break this resistance, can't wait to see what the next one is.
207.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 47.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
