I know ..... I walked a lot over the weekend , I ate and drank with moderation. Maybe not the best way to come off a detox 😂 But that’s what happened . Back on track since yesterday
196.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
