Don't get discouraged, just start over again from today. We are always taught, "If something isn't working, then try a different approach." Maybe check out what others do for exercise and meals and see if something they're doing might work for you too. Try it for 2 short weeks and just see what happens - you might be amazed. A lot of it is just about changing old, or developing good new habits. Try it, you've got nothing to lose (but the weight).
