well, since last week i lost a lot of weight d/t the stomach flu. i am not really upset about this upturn.
164.9 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1338 kcal Fat: 47.18g | Prot: 51.69g | Carb: 182.68g.   Breakfast: Cream (Half & Half), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), butter, ezekiel 4:9 cinnamon raisin bread. Lunch: xxx, Hamburger (Single Patty), martin's potato hamburger roll. Dinner: egg roll, steamed white rice, shrimp with lobster sauce. Snacks/Other: peanut butter, oreo. more...
