I'm happy with my weight -- it's coming off faster than it usually does, even at the beginning of a diet. I've not had any MandMs since I started on this. At book club Thursday, I ate in moderation -- even though all the food was very tempting (and taken together fattening). I did, however, have two small glasses of wine and cake. Certainly not Sonoma but I'm still going down so no harm done! I start on the "no sweets" challenge today.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
