I AM NOT going to stay fat or become diabetic biked 6 miles and swam 1/4 mile today skipped McD and had chick and beets instead yeah mom!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
