Vegan high protein seems like an oxymoron. That is my challenge. I want to 1) add 5 to 7 lbs of muscle over then next year 2) drop my body fat from 18% to 10% (+/- 2%)
This week I was on the road for 4 days. Restaurants are good about putting together a vegan meal. However, it is still a challenge with late meals (I don't like to eat after 6PM. 5 hours before I sleep.) I was able to work out on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
