53% fat fat rolls a bit sore today. situps must finally be working!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I need to start doing some toning exercises. I am doing LOTS of fat burning, not so much for toning. I will think on that.

I have a big fitness ball that I like to use for the sit ups and the squats on them aren't so bad. I have a bad left knee which makes it a bit iffy sometimes. I use some long resistance bands for arm exercises too. My arms and stomach is where most of my fat is so I working on those areas I thought would help tone those areas and maybe keep the skin tight. I'm honestly really afraid of loosing the weight and then having nothing but left over skin hanging everywhere.
