today i was still the biggest girl in the class but not the only beginner. the more i go, the more variety i try, the more i feel like i just might not stand out as an odd ball anymore.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's the spirit! To be honest that is my favorite thing about the Y compared to other gyms, because I've had memberships at other gyms before. You see REAL people at the Y. All shapes & sizes & ages. And that motivates me to work as hard as I can, because I know that's all everyone else is doing. We can do this!!!
