I stepped on the scale this morning hoping that I simply maintained yesterday's weight... I was 237 yesterday, but I cheated a couple of times, and I figured I would be doing good if I maintained 237. I weighed 233... That was 4 pounds LESS than yesterday...
I'm sure I'm dehydrated, and probably not showing accurate weightloss, but wow...
I had a very busy day, and by 10am I was feeling run down, so I ate three three eggs (over easy) and dry wheat toast for an extra boost.
Also, yesterday my girlfriend came into town, so I ate my two shakes for breakfast and lunch, and ate a sensible dinner with her... Instead of having drinks, I proclaimed to be the designated driver and drank tea and water with lemon all night...
I had no energy issues, and felt like myself again... We'll see if adding the eggs to the daily routine affects this program longterm...
