This is what happens when you get too confident and start eating anything and everything forgetting your body is susceptible to these foods. Feels like I'm starting all over again. 😩😩😩
287.9 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 111.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
