Had Chick-fil-A at dragon boat practice. I had a cookie also, and ate a late meal last night. Ran 4.08 miles 30 min sprint, 30 walk on a incline. Weights hit legs squats, leg press, leg curls, dead lifts, straight leg dead lifts. Decent workout. Gym scale 212

Ran downtown for lunch 40 minutes
218.4 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week
