Started back up at the gym on Tuesday. Plan on going again today. Walked a bit yesterday (not exercise, just throughout the day), but also ate poorly throughout the day, hopefully that will cancel it out.
Also planning on cutting back on the Diet Cokes again. Last time I did that, I inadvetendly upped my water intake. I'm stocked up on Smart Water...wish me luck!
