Not much of a drop. Starting hiking a few weeks ago and it seems I have hit a wall when it comes to shedding pounds. I thought it would increase the weight loss. It does feel like my pants are getting looser, so I will “assume” I have put on a little muscle. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
338.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 113.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Sometimes the weight stays the same, I did not loose any weight for a month, but my clothes were starting to get bigger , Look at it as a NSV - NON SCALE VICTORY
