I expected this gain, not surprised. Injured my neck(whiplash) and I haven’t been getting enough sleep lately.. We’ll see how my next weigh in goes. I want to lose at least another 10lbs before the month is over.
265.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 120.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
