5 mile run. Was disappointed this morning with the scale however committed to the journey. Light leg day: Squats, leg press, leg curl, leg extension. Abs: crunches, leg lifts, torso twists
221.0 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
