First day on South Beach. Not as bad as I thought. Although I was light headed earlier, that feeling has gone away. There's still some temptation left in my kitchen (chips, beer, cookies) but I'm going to try to have self control and not eat them. The hardest thing about this diet will be what to eat when I'm at school.
