Did a bad food thing last night. Ate half a large pizza for Easter dinner. Now look T the scale. I'm done with this ridiculous behavior.

6 sets of 20 reps:
Leg press 120-125# deep
Reverse Flyes 40#
Ab crunches 55#
Lat pulldowns 80#

The Ride
20 minutes grueling cycling
20 minutes EMOM - 40 second climb, 20 second rest + 10 burpees off the bike (x10)
118.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
