Another month, another Dr's appointment and slow but steady weight loss continued. Thank you miracle weight loss food: Bacon. Somewhere in the past few weeks I've crossed the halfway point to my somewhat arbitrary starting goal of 120kg, which probably still seems a lot but I'm 203cm tall so I'm never going to be a waif thin type. It's still my goal and still some ways off but every little step it seems slightly more realistic and if I get there, who knows maybe it won't be the end point, time will tell.
