Lekker "gewerkt" deze week! Voeding strak onder controle gehouden en anders gesport: normaal gesproken 3* per week 5 kwartier kracht en in mindere mate cardio. afgelopen week 4* 45 min pittige cardio gedaan 🤗
169.8 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
