Bleargh. Ate sugar yesterday, grrr. Had to amend yesterday's food entries, since I snarfed down 3 cherry jelly slices late at night.
229.8 lb Lost so far: 70.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
