Well, survived Thanksgiving. Now hopefully, not every holiday revolves entirely around food! Actually had a protein bar and cereal for breakfast. Exercised on Thanksgiving Day and have found a new love - the air elliptical. It's almost like air dancing...and it burns a bunch of calories. :) Everyone - be well.
