It's been a week. Haven't lost or gained. Just thought I should check in. I know it's because I've stopped running and biking for two weeks now. I'm planning on running tomorrow morning. I need to get back into it.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
