finally broke 249, and not much fat yesterday (i think that might be a major key for me)
249.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1910 kcal Fat: 62.64g | Prot: 152.81g | Carb: 160.92g.   Breakfast: Multigrain Bread, Egg. Lunch: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), mcdonalds southwest chicken salad. Dinner: cocktail sauce, turkey sausage hillshire, shrimp. Snacks/Other: Milk (Nonfat), White Table Wine, frozen peaches, Spitz Dill Pickle Sunflower Seeds (in the shell), strawberries. more...
