Such a rollercoaster that I cant get off of....stocked up on healthy foods yesterday so I have the tools I need..now to have the willpower to eat the good stuff...I'm starting to lose faith that I can do this at all...
222.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
