And, 137.4 it is! Most of this is water and typical post workout inflammation. I only increased the cals by 500 this week, which is substantial, but as we know not enough to make a huge dent in fat gain. Still what I am hoping is these extra cals feed the muscles. The want to grow! lol :-)
137.4 lb Lost so far: 72.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
