somehow i dont know why but i gained weight since my last weigh in! fuck me! i worked out everyday! hopefully its just muscle gain but yeahhhh right! go hard or go home next week!! target weight loss for next week will be 5 lbs!!!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
