weight didn't move again, and i think i am seeing some correlation between how much fat i am eating and how much weight I am losing. Sounds simple right, but before i was mostly paying attention to just calories.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
